Filipino Island Fest Vendor Terms & Conditions* *

By joining the Filipino Island Fest as a Vendor, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.
 Contract for Space: This application for space in the Filipino Island Fest, subsequent formal notice of assignment by Malaya Collective and the full payment of booth space cost, or use of credit from a previously canceled show, constitute a contract for the right to use Booth Space ("Space"). I confirm that I am allocated one (1) booth unless additional requests are made with the events team. Additionally, I confirm that my set-up will be contained within the one (1) allocated booth space and that set-up outside of these parameters may result in an additional booth fee. We (Malaya Collective) reserves the right in its discretion to make such modification to the size or configuration of each Space as may be necessary, but any such adjustment shall be made equitably to each Vendor affected thereby. Cancellation Policy: This is an outdoor event and will proceed regardless of weather. We reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which may compromise the safety of vendors and attendees. In the event of a vendor cancellation, refunds are not issued. Future market credit may be given. Agreed Upon Space: All booths are assigned by Malaya Collective and may be subject to change. Photography, Social Media, and Advertising: You acknowledge that Malaya Collective will be engaging photographers and/or videographers at the show, and Vendor/teams may appear in show-related photographs and/or videos. All approved FOOD vendors will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance and TFF before their arrival onsite. Terms & Conditions may be subject to change.
